Communication with clients: problems and a modern approach to solving controversial communication situations
The contemporary world is marked by increasing instability, with ongoing transformations in economic, political, social, and technological spheres significantly affecting communication processes between clients and service agents. As society transitions into a knowledge-based paradigm, the nature of interactions between consumers and providers evolves in complexity and expectations. Additionally, the uncontrolled proliferation of information technologies and the intensification of global market exchanges have challenged the efficiency of traditional communication models in the client-agent dynamic. This article examines the current relevance of classical communication frameworks in light of communication psychology and highlights the need for a modern, standardized approach to resolving controversial client interactions. It also identifies key psychological and contextual factors that influence communication efficacy and proposes strategic directions for optimizing professional dialogue in service-oriented contexts.
