Emotional stability of migrant adolescents: conceptual approaches
This article aims to bring into discussion one of the most popular and widespread topics among today's youth, namely emotional stability during adolescence. Due to the physical and psychological changes specific to this stage of development, adolescents become even more vulnerable in migration situations, which raises considerable research interest. The main objective of the article is to present concretely and as accurately as possible how to balance and rebalance the emotional equilibrium needed at different moments and in various life situations, especially in critical and unforeseen but unavoidable events, ensuring the optimal course of life within normal and safe parameters. The central purpose of this article is to demonstrate that the emotional stability of adolescents depends not only on rational understanding of the environment but is closely linked to empathy for the living space, love for others, and a high level of emotional intelligence. Thus, we will seriously analyze the individual's objective responses to attacks on their psyche, emphasizing the necessity of the adolescent's active involvement in the development and shaping of their own personality.
