NURTURING INTELLECTUALLY GIFTED STUDENT YOUTH INTHE INSTITUTIONS OF OUT-OF-SCHOOL EDUCATION
The article reveals conditions for nurturing intellectually gifted student youth in the institutions of out-of-school education. Among these conditions the priority one is proved to be creation of a favorable educational environment which is interpreted by scientists as a multilevel system of conditions that supports the optimal characteristics of the educational activity of a certain subject of the educational process in various aspects – target, content, procedural, effective, resource, etc. The educational environment influences both directly and indirectly theformation and development of the personality of an out-of-school education applicant. As a result of interaction with the environment, the personality (intellectually gifted student) carriesout transformative activity, simultaneously changing its characteristics. All components, in particular the individual, acting as elements of the environment, are in interaction, mutually complementing and mutually enriching each other.
