THE INFLUENCE OF ACADEMIC MATURITY OF THE SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS TOWARDS WORK-LIFE BALANCE OF THE TEACHERS
This study investigated the influence of academic maturity among school administrators on the work-life balance of teachers in private schools in Santa Maria, Bulacan, Philippines. Recognizing the increasing prevalence of teacher burnout and the scarcity of localized research, particularly within private education, this quantitative study employed descriptive and correlational approaches. Validated survey instruments were distributed to both school administrators and teachers, with data analyzed using weighted mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s correlation coefficient.
