Clinical value of hysteroscopic levonorgestrel intrauterine system suture fixation in treating adenomyosis
Hysteroscopic LNG-IUS suture fixation was found to markedly alleviate dysmenorrhea and reduce menstrual blood volume, while also lowering the risk of Mirena displacement and expulsion. This technique enhances the overall therapeutic efficacy of LNG-IUS for treating adenomyosis, offering key benefits of safety, effectiveness, and minimal invasiveness, thus supporting its clinical application.
