The research was conducted to determine self-efficacy perceptions of music teachers who teach piano remotely according to various variables. Self-efficacy research in this field has been examined and the views of music teachers towards amateur remote piano education have been taken. 122 Music teachers who provide remote amateur piano training from different provinces of Turkey participated in the research. In the research, the 10-item, 5-point Likert type "Self-Efficacy Perceptions Scale for Distance Education" developed by Yıldız (2015) was used. The demographic information form and the self-efficacy scale for distance education were collected through an online survey sent to the e-mails of music teachers. As a result of the research, it is seen that the general self-efficacy perceptions of music teachers who provide distance piano education are high in the areas of being able to use the tools and existing components required by the system and integrating the necessary technologies into the lessons. In virtual classroom management, male teachers have higher self-efficacy perceptions than women, music teachers who receive in-service training have increased self-efficacy perceptions. Music teachers with 15 years and more of service, aged 37 and over have low self-efficacy perception levels for distance piano education. Recommendations for the results achieved in the research were presented.
