The connection between Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, the founder of the Republic of Turkey and the leader of the Turkish Nation, and sports in today's Turkey is only attempted to be realized by naming sports halls, stadiums and other facilities after him. Therefore, it is obvious that all Turkish sports people, especially athletes, do not have enough knowledge and awareness about the reflection of his sports views and his outlook on life on sports. The main purpose of the study is to synthesize Atatürk's views on sports and his outlook on life and to offer a different approach to the subject of "Atatürk and Sports". Another purpose of the research is to assist those who manage sports organizations in Turkey in implementing Atatürk's understanding of Physical Education and Sports in sports environments, considering the intellectual wealth, knowledge and scientific accumulation, life experiences and broad horizons of today's Turkish people, despite the 86 years that have passed since his death. This research was conducted using the literature review method and question and answer technique. First, the literature on the subject was scanned and then the information obtained was accepted as an answer and appropriate questions were created for them.In line with the information obtained, it is estimated that Atatürk's view on sports and his understandings adapted to sports will shed light on the solution of many current sports problems and the invention of new methods.
