Conceptual foundations for the formation of an individualized trajectory of startup acceleration using new digital technologies
Subject. The article discusses structural components of Russian startup acceleration programs and organizational aspects of their implementation. Objectives. The purpose is to identify opportunities to increase the value of acceleration for startups through digitalization, develop a set of conceptual solutions using digital technologies that enable to massively individualize acceleration trajectories. Methods. The study draws on the systems approach, observation, research and analysis of practical experience, surveys, interpretation, comparative analysis, generalization, systematization, and formalization. Results. The paper underpins the relevance of the task and discloses organizational problems of mass individualization of the startup acceleration trajectory in modern conditions. It identifies promising directions of using digital solutions for each stage of acceleration programs to form individualized acceleration trajectories of startups. Conclusions. In the near future, modern digital technologies will play a key role in transforming the approach to acceleration, especially with regard to mass customization and individualization of startup development trajectories. Digital services will be integrated into a common business ecosystem based on more comprehensive digital platforms. Access to resources will be provided "on request" from both the organizers and operators of acceleration programs, and the end customers, i.e. startups and companies. In this case, the ecosystem will provide not only digital solutions, but also expertise, tracking, mentoring and other acceleration services as separate services to solve targeted problems and implement individual acceleration plans.
