O Grupo de Estudos PAIDEIA

This text seeks to present the academic, scientific, political and emotional ties of the PAIDEIA/FE/UNICAMP Study and Research Group in the Undergraduate Course in Philosophy and in the Postgraduate Professional Master's Program in Education, at the State University of Northern Paraná (UENP), in the teaching, research and extension triad. With this, the text seeks to present the importance of PAIDEIA, specifically Prof. Sílvio Gamboa on research in education, from the perspective of the historical materialist theoretical-methodological framework, which has provided researchers, undergraduate and postgraduate students, with impacts on their worldview, their research methods, and their political praxis.
