Neutrinos in a cooling Universe
Within the framework of the hypothesis of deformation of the gauge group of the standard model, the behavior of the electroweak model is considered when the Universe cools down to temperatures below the threshold of spontaneous symmetry breaking. The processes of elastic scattering of neutrinos on leptons and quarks, as well as reactions of direct and inverse beta decay are analyzed. Comparison of the transformed scattering cross-section with theoretically calculated and experimentally established values made it possible to obtain the dependence of the deformation parameter on the temperature of the Universe. In a wide range of temperatures, the agreement between the hypothesis of deformation of the gauge group of the electroweak model and experimental data is shown: weak interaction of neutrinos with matter, as well as an increase in the cross section of this interaction with increasing neutrino energy. The relative change in the strength of the electroweak interaction of particles with decreasing temperature of the Universe is shown.
