Obraz Turcji i Turków w dzienniku „Echo Krakowa” w latach 1946–1949

This article provides an analysis of texts concerning Turkey, published in the political newspaper Echo Krakowa, affiliated with the Polish Workers’ Party. The text presents the political and cultural narrative and assesses the influence of political-ideological factors on the content. Additionally, it points out significant but overlooked aspects of Polish-Turkish relations, indicating possible reasons for this omission. The authors hope that the article will contribute to a comprehensive examination of the Polish People’s Republic press regarding Turkish themes.
