BEHAVIORAL ASPECTS OF MANAGING INCLUSIVE BUSINESS PROCESSES: STRATEGIC AND LOCAL DIMENSION
The article is devoted to the study of behavioral aspects of managing inclusive business processes at both strategic and local levels within the context of modern Ukraine. The relevance of the research is determined by the growing role of inclusive development as a foundation for economic recovery, social cohesion, and sustainable growth. Inclusive policies and practices cannot be effective if they remain limited to formal regulations; their success is largely conditioned by human factors such as motivation, trust, organizational culture, and social capital. The research emphasizes that leadership and value-oriented management approaches act as catalysts for institutional changes, while the creation of trust-based relations and the elimination of stereotypes are decisive for building an inclusive environment. At the strategic level, inclusive management is connected with national programs and policies that set the framework for equality, accessibility, and support of vulnerable groups. However, the efficiency of these initiatives depends on behavioral determinants, including awareness, perception of fairness, and readiness of stakeholders to cooperate. At the local level, inclusive practices emerge through community initiatives, entrepreneurial activity, and public-private partnerships. The study highlights regional disparities in the mobilization of resources for inclusive projects, as well as the cultural and psychological barriers that either hinder or accelerate these processes. Special attention is paid to the potential of local leadership, educational initiatives, and intersectoral cooperation as instruments of change. The findings demonstrate that inclusive business management requires synchronization of efforts at national and community levels, where behavioral tools and motivational factors play a central role. Strengthening inclusive development demands targeted communication, education, transparent governance, and promotion of success stories that create positive social models. The paper concludes that the integration of behavioral aspects into the management of inclusive processes can ensure not only social justice but also long-term competitiveness of Ukrainian enterprises.
