The researcher assured the reliability of Likert scale items in quantitative instruments through Cronbach's Alpha Coefficient, and the outputs were 0.879, 0.941, and 0.889. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and thematic analysis. The study concludes that implementing the feedbacks made by DSQAOs enhances community involvement in improving the quality of instruction in public primary schools. The feedback implementation of DSQAOs contributes to the safety and protection of students by developing and enforcing rules and guidelines that promote a secure learning environment.
