Association Between Frailty and Patients' Experience of Cancer Treatment and Care

Frailty was associated with lower perceived quality of care and higher decision regret following cancer treatment but not with differences in decision-making roles. Further research is warranted to understand the mechanisms underlying these associations to improve care experiences for older adults with cancer.
