Construction and Practice of an Innovative Model for Mental Health Clubs in Vocational Schools from the Perspective of Positive Psychology
With the high-quality development of vocational education, mental health issues among vocational school students have become increasingly prominent. As an important carrier of mental health education, mental health clubs face challenges such as monotonous activity forms, insufficient theoretical support, and weak professional capabilities in their actual operation. Based on the theory of positive psychology, this paper constructs an innovative model for mental health clubs centered on a “three-dimensional integrated” goal system and a “four-dimensional linkage” activity mechanism. The effectiveness of this model in enhancing students’ positive psychological qualities, subjective well-being, and career adaptability is verified through practical cases. The research results provide theoretical references and practical paths for mental health education in vocational schools.
