USE OF ANGULAR VIBRATIONS AND TIME-FREQUENCY ANALYSIS FOR COMPLEX DIAGNOSTICS OF MACHINE TOOL GEAR DRIVES

The results of complex diagnostics of technical condition of gear drives of lathes of models SN 401/501 and 2K52-1 are presented. The use of the developed hardware and software complex allowed to conduct a detailed analysis of vibroacoustic and angular oscillations. It is shown that the signal spectra contain many components which make it difficult to detect harmonics of the elements of interest. There demonstrated the advantages of the method of analyzing angular oscillations, which has high noise immunity. For the first time, the methods of synchronous accumulation and time-frequency analysis are applied to these objects, which made it possible to accurately localize sources of oscillatory activity, identify characteristic frequency components (reversible, toothed, combined) and identify resonant zones. The results increase the reliability of diagnostics and create prerequisites for their application in technical diagnostics and machine monitoring systems
