Cost Estimation in the Girian – Kema – Rumbia – Buyat Road Preservation Project
This study aims to manage time and cost using the S-curve and cash flow for the Girian-Kema-RumbiaBuyat road preservation project. The method employed is a quantitative calculation approach. The research findings show that the total project cost for the Girian-Kema-Rumbia-Buyat road preservation is IDR 14,248,183,541.31, with a project duration of 25 weeks. The expenditure costs for labor, materials, and equipment in the Girian-KemaRumbia-Buyat road preservation project amount to IDR 12,836,201,388.57.
