Endovascular Salvage: Stent Grafting for Renal Artery Aneurysm Repair
Renal artery aneurysms (RAAs) are rare vascular lesions, often asymptomatic. An 80-year-old female with chronic kidney disease underwent successful endovascular stent graft placement for an incidentally detected right RAA. Imaging plays a crucial role in diagnosis and treatment planning. Endovascular repair offers a minimally invasive, effective alternative to surgery with favorable outcomes.
