Treatment results revealed that 70% of patients laparoscopic cholecystectomy was performed, which remained effective in 90% of patients with little problems. Conversely, 20% had open cholecystectomy, with a 30% complication rate, while 10% were treated conservatively with antibiotics and diet, resulting in symptom alleviation for 80% but requiring further surgical intervention for 20%. The typical hospital stay was three days for laparoscopic surgery, five days for conservative therapy, and seven days for open surgery. Conclusion: We found a significant frequency of acute cholecystitis among middleaged women, with laparoscopic cholecystectomy being the most beneficial tool.
