Genetic Algorithm Based Digital Workshop Scheduling Model Solving
In order to improve the productivity of the workshop and reduce the manufacturing cost, this paper carries out an in-depth analysis and research on the complex workshop environment based on Plant Simulation platform, simulates the real environment of the workshop, constructs a digital workshop and establishes a flexible workshop scheduling model with the optimization objectives of energy consumption of machine tools and completion time. On this basis, a genetic algorithm with two- layer coding is used to solve the model, which realizes the multi-objective optimization of the flexible workshop in terms of energy consumption and completion time. Simulation analysis is carried out through MATLAB to obtain the optimized scheduling scheme under different weighting coefficients, which verifies the effectiveness of the algorithm in optimized scheduling. The results show that the method can significantly improve the production efficiency and provide an effective strategy to reduce the manufacturing cost.
