Seismic Signal Denoising Technology:A Patent Landscape Review

This article utilizes the PatSnap global patent intelligence analysis platform to analyze the patent application trends, technological strength of various countries, the distribution of technical fields and the patent value of each institution in the field of seismic signal denoising technology. The results show that since 2018, the number of patents for seismic signal denoising technology has maintained a steady growth at a high level, and China and the United States are the main producers of this technology. China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation and China National Petroleum Corporation have seen a significant increase in patent applications in recent years. BP Corporation North America Inc.'s patent value exceeding US $ 150 million, far exceeding that of other institutions. Patents for seismic signal denoising technology are mainly concentrated in the field of physics (G). This paper contributes to the body of knowledge by providing a comprehensive overview of the patent status and trends of seismic signal denoising technology.
