AI-Enhanced Low-Code Workflow Automation: A Case Study in Content Management System
This paper presents a framework for automating CMS workflows using Microsoft Power Automate, integrating Strapi CMS for event-driven operations like validation and team notifications. Two sub-workflows were implemented: one via Strapi webhooks, the other via SharePoint. Both use AI Builder for automated validation, supporting faster and more consistent human review. Additionally, the OpenAI GPT-4.0 API analyzes execution logs and suggests workflow optimization. The feasibility of AI-enhanced low-code workflow automation in the context of Content Management System was evaluated. The results reported significant improvements in process efficiency, error reduction, and user satisfaction.
