La gestión del acompañamiento pedagógico para la superación de coordinadores docentes y orientadores educativos

This study analyzes the management of pedagogical support for teaching coordinators and educational counselors in the Dominican Republic, focusing on the current state of the process in Regional 03-01 of Azua. Its objective is to characterize the management of pedagogical support and analyze the practices and skills these actors employ to optimize their performance. The sample included 43 teaching coordinators, 11 school counselors, and 7 District Teaching Assistants in Guidance and Psychology at the primary level. The research highlights the importance of strengthening professional development through an approach that seeks to improve the quality of support and foster collaboration among stakeholders in the Dominican educational process.
