Derechos Humanos y Violencia Estructural en México: Un Análisis desde la Perspectiva de la Desaparición Forzada: El Caso Ayotzinapa
This article analyzes structural violence in Mexico and its impact on human rights, with emphasis on the phenomenon of forced disappearance. Through an interdisciplinary approach, it reviews international and national normative frameworks, examines recent statistical data, and develops a case study on the disappearance of the 43 Ayotzinapa students in 2014. The analysis incorporates concepts of structural violence, impunity, and institutional weakness, while presenting a critical diagnosis of the current situation in the country. Academic sources, official reports, and documented testimonies are used to illustrate both the legal and social implications of the phenomenon. The paper concludes with public policy proposals aimed at strengthening justice and accountability, as well as preventing future serious human rights violations.
