A survey of iterative methods for approximating solutions to variational inequality problems

In this survey we report on some of the diverse interesting iterative techniques which have been proposed for approximating a solution to the Variational Inequality Problem (VIP) in the last decade. We discuss, in particular, methods for solving the VIP which are associated with three monotonicity concepts (strong pseudomonotonicity, monotonicity, and pseudomonotonicity) in Hilbert spaces.
