Analysis of the receipt of public and municipal services in electronic form by the population in the primorsky territory

The article is devoted to the analysis of the receipt by the population of Primorsky Krai of state and municipal services in electronic form. The article presents the definition of public services, examines their advantages and importance in modern society. A comparative study of the receipt of public and municipal services in electronic form by the population in the Primorsky Territory and the Republic of Tatarstan was conducted, as a result of which it was revealed that Tatarstan is demonstrating success in enhancing the interaction of citizens with authorities.
