Tüketicilerin Mobil Bankacılık Kullanımını Etkileyen Faktörlerin Teknoloji Kabul Modeli Çerçevesinde İncelenmesi

The Technology Acceptance Model, which is proposed and frequently used in the existing literature to examine the adoption of technology applications by consumers, was preferred to determine the variables affecting the adoption of Mobile Banking applications, which is the focus of this research article. The aim of this research is to determine the factors that are effective in the adoption of relevant applications by consumers who use mobile banking applications by adding external variables such as design, trust and service quality to the Technology Acceptance Model. The research data obtained through the online survey method were analyzed in IBM SPSS 21 and AMOS 21 statistical programs. The analyses’ results revealed that only service quality has a positive effect on perceived ease of use, and perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness have a positive effect on attitude. This research will contribute to the existing literature in terms of external variables added to the model; It will also shed light on research to be conducted in the banking context within the framework of the Technology Acceptance Model.
