Dynamic Evaluation Framework for Digital Strategy in Manufacturing Industry Based on Deep Learning

Digital transformation has become a key to enhancing corporate competitiveness, but the dynamic assessment of its implementation effectiveness has always been a focus of entrepreneurs' attention. This paper aims to construct a dynamic evaluation framework for manufacturing digital strategy based on the LSTM model. The framework relies on national standards, starting from the key elements of manufacturing digital strategy, covering multiple dimensions including seven capability domains. By collecting and organizing multi-source data from inside and outside the enterprise, using the LSTM model to conduct in-depth learning and analysis of these data, it realizes dynamic monitoring and evaluation of the implementation effect of digital strategy. The results show that the LSTM model can accurately evaluate the implementation effect of corporate digital strategy, provide real-time feedback for corporate decision-making, and help enterprises optimize resource allocation, improve production efficiency and enhance market competitiveness in the process of digital transformation.
