COMBINING DATA ENCRYPTION AND FRAGMENTATION TO SECURE CLOUD ENVIRONMENTS USING VARIABLE DISTRIBUTION

In the era of cloud computing, which has revolutionized data storage, the challenge of ensuring data security and its importance has emerged. This study presents a new framework to ensure data security through encryption, data fragmentation, and distribution across multiple cloud servers. Encryption in the proposed method depends on variables that come from the encryption key to select the block of data and fragment it, thus encrypting it vertically and horizontally. Then, the data is distributed across different cloud nodes to ensure that it is not damaged and secure. This method was adopted to reduce the risk of unauthorized access. Experimental results were conducted to demonstrate the ability of the proposed algorithm and its ability to stand against attacks such as brute force and maintain data security with less complexity and high efficiency and better than traditional methods. The encryption strength in this study was excellent according to standard evaluations and criteria. The accuracy was 1015, which was accompanied by a sensitivity to the encryption key of 2128. This is a good result in terms of encryption, especially for cloud data. In terms of future work, the real-time processing framework can be further improved and applied to cloud environments. Artificial intelligence algorithms can be integrated to make encryption more dynamic, enhancing efficiency and adaptability.
