In this context, it is important for the social work discipline that qualitative and mixed research methods are mostly used in doctoral dissertations prepared in universities. Because in-depth and multifaceted research methods should be preferred to understand and make sense of human beings' complex relationships and relationship bonds, facts and events, perceptions, and values.
