Chemisch spaltbare Sonden zur Visualisierung ko-internalisierter Rezeptoren

Abstract Cell surface receptors play an intricate role in signaling networks, sensing extracellular stimuli to be translated in intracellularly. Canonical pathways are well-described, yet layers of complexity are added by the multifunctionality introduced through receptor crosstalk. In order to understand mutual influence, chemical biology probes are described for self-labelling enzymes, to visualize and quantify clinically relevant, (co-)internalized receptor pools by high throughput imaging.

Abstract

Abstract Cell surface receptors play an intricate role in signaling networks, sensing extracellular stimuli to be translated in intracellularly. Canonical pathways are well-described, yet layers of complexity are added by the multifunctionality introduced through receptor crosstalk. In order to understand mutual influence, chemical biology probes are described for self-labelling enzymes, to visualize and quantify clinically relevant, (co-)internalized receptor pools by high throughput imaging.
