Multinuclear copper( <scp>i</scp> ) and silver( <scp>i</scp> ) pyrazolates decorated with adamantyl substituents

Pyrazolates with two adamantyl groups enabled the isolation of tetranuclear copper and silver complexes with saddle-shaped M 4 N 8 cores (M = Cu, Ag). Pyrazolates with an adamantyl-isopropyl substituent combination led to Ag trimers and Cu tetramers.

Abstract

Pyrazolates with two adamantyl groups enabled the isolation of tetranuclear copper and silver complexes with saddle-shaped M 4 N 8 cores (M = Cu, Ag). Pyrazolates with an adamantyl-isopropyl substituent combination led to Ag trimers and Cu tetramers.
