Main Priorities of Training of Qualified Specialists of Technical Direction in the Republic of Kazakhstan

The article substantiates the position of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the priority development of technical direction. As substantiation the comparison of downward trend of R&D expenditures of the Republic of Kazakhstan on technical direction and upward trend of R&D expenditures on social and humanitarian direction are given. The change of the situation is connected with the reforming of personnel scientific potential, formation of young researcher of technical direction. Technical devices and processes are based on reliability, practicality and relative simplicity of model and constructive realization. In the future, with the use of model analogs, this feature can be used to reproduce the regularities of processes of socio-humanitarian direction.
