Pembelajaran Bahasa Mandarin Menggunakan Aplikasi Hello Chinese Untuk Persiapan Internship di Ling Wei Co., Ltd ( Taiwan )

This study aims to explore the effectiveness of using the Hello Chinese app in preparing internship candidates at Lingwei Co., Ltd. (Taiwan) in mastering Mandarin. As one of the popular Mandarin learning apps, Hello Chinese offers various features, such as grammar exercises, vocabulary building, and listening and speaking skills development. This research employs a descriptive method with a quantitative approach, involving a group of participants planning to intern in Taiwan. Data were collected through surveys and language proficiency tests conducted before and after using the app. The results show that the use of the Hello Chinese app led to significant improvements in the participants' Mandarin skills, particularly in vocabulary mastery and listening ability. The study concludes that the Hello Chinese app can be an effective tool in language preparation for internship candidates in Taiwan, although there are still areas that need improvement, such as mastering more complex grammar structures.
