Application of The Quality Standards in Production of The Agricultural Television Programs and Their Impact on The Job satisfaction for the Employees in Egyptian Television

This research aimed mainly to identify the level of application of quality standards in the production of agricultural television programs and their impact on the job satisfaction of those working on them at Egyptian television. Six channels were randomly selected from Egyptian television channels that broadcast agricultural television programs using a basket method. All employees were listed as senior staff: producers, directors, and broadcasters, totaling 1,215 programs. The sample size was then estimated using the Krejci and Morgan equation, reaching 291 respondents, representing approximately 24% of the total. The sample was taken in a simple random manner. Data were collected using an electronic questionnaire, and frequencies, percentages, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, weighted arithmetic mean, and correlation and regression coefficients were used in data processing. The most important results were: 78% of the respondents' overall level of application of quality standards in the production of agricultural television programs was high. 6% of the respondents' overall level of job satisfaction with working on agricultural television programs was high. A direct and significant correlation was found at the 0.01 probability level between the respondents' degree of job satisfaction as the dependent variable and each of the seven quality dimensions under study and the degree of application of quality standards in the agricultural television programs studied. The variable of the degree of application of quality standards in the production of agricultural television programs, with its seven dimensions studied combined, explains 45.3% of the variance in the dependent variable.
