VERB IN THE SPEECHES OF HIS BLESSED SVIATOSLAV (SHEVCHUK)

Introduction. The relevance of the study is due to the significant role of the sermons of His Beatitude Sviatoslav (Shevchuk) in the formation of the worldview and spiritual values of modern Ukrainian society. The analysis of his speeches allows us to understand more deeply the mechanisms of influence on the audience and the peculiarities of sacred communication. The study of the verb as a key part of speech in this context is especially important, since it is it that conveys the dynamics, calls for action, reveals the essence of spiritual guidelines and moral imperatives offered by the Head of the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church.
