A Bio‐Inspired Dendritic MoOx Electrocatalyst for Efficient Electrochemical Nitrate Reduction to Ammonia (Adv. Energy Mater. 37/2024)
Electrochemical Nitrate Reduction Inspired by nature's nitrate reductase enzymes, in article number 2402294, Victor Mougel and co-workers introduce a bio-inspired electrocatalyst for nitrate reduction in neutral conditions. Based on a MoOx shell on a dendritic nickel foam core, the electrocatalyst achieves exceptional stability and efficiency in nitrate reduction, paving the way for sustainable chemical processes.
