Interface modification of the electron transport layer <i>via</i> a dry-processed conformal MgSnO <i>x</i> interlayer in inorganic CsPbI 3 perovskite solar cells for enhanced performance and stability
To improve the performance of perovskite solar cells (PSCs), we fabricate low-temperature SnO 2 -based CsPbI 3 PSCs and introduce an MgSnO x interlayer via atomic layer deposition between the spin-coated SnO 2 layer and FTO substrate in n–i–p structure.
