Right-sided patent arterial duct in left-sided aortic arch in a patient with tetralogy of Fallot – A rare morphological variant

We hereby present a rare case of right-sided patent arterial duct in left-sided aortic arch in a patient with tetralogy of Fallot. We aim to highlight the role of computed tomography angiography in identifying these rare morphological anomalies and imaging features distinguishing them from aortopulmonary collaterals.
