Factores de riesgo psicosocial y malestar ecológico de los trabajadores en organizaciones salvadoreñas
In the reality of labor that involves the day-to-day productive activities of workers worldwide, it is necessary to investigate the psychosocial risks at the group level and the ecological discomfort to which they are exposed. This work aims to analyze the psychosocial risk factors and environmental discomfort of workers in Salvadoran organizations so that the decision-makers of the companies, the institutions of the State guarantors of the rights of workers, and the workers themselves know about the suffering of these psychosocial risks and discomfort. The psychosocial risks and ecological discomfort are analyzed with the tool designed by Healthy Talent Model© and HTMetrics PCAS Tool©, making it possible to investigate the prevalence of these risks and discomforts in the workplace—a quantitative, qualitative, descriptive, and exploratory analysis using frequency tables. The results show the prevalence of work stress, psychosocial risks at the group level, and ecological discomfort. In this respect, levels of interventions to be carried out are proposed to mitigate or eradicate the incidence of these ailments in Salvadoran workers.
