Improving the economic performance of gas-lift compressor machines using diagnostic methods
Currently, the State Oil Company operates over 130 units of gas engine piston compressors of the 10GKNAM 2/5-55, 10GKNAM 3/5-100, 10GKNAM 2/50-150 and MKS-12 types. It is known from the theory of reliability that premature technical shutdown of the gas engine piston compressors is accompanied by extraneous noise in parts or units, exceeding the temperature standards in the units, where technical malfunctions and a decrease in the productivity of compressor machines occur, which are very significant problems. Therefore, it is of great importance to identify these problems using method without stopping the gas engine piston compressors and conduct preliminary diagnostics. For this purpose, very important results can be obtained by deep analysis of operation, using statistical technological parameters, physical, technical and technological methods. The application of this method in practice is by listening to the outer surface at an extremely close distance, where noise is heard and it is possible to determine with greater accuracy in which unit there are technical defects.During the operation of compressor machines, it is difficult to determine the technical malfunction of any part or unit by reliability indicators. For this reason, to ensure the efficient operation of compressor machines, in addition to technical, technological and statistical parameters, listening to extraneous sounds and checking the temperature with a simple stethoscope and physical, technical and technological diagnostics are of great importance. As a result, it becomes possible to accurately and quickly identify technical faults of compressor machines and eliminate them by repair in a short time
