The use of import-substituting foaming agents in the process of ore beneficiation
Recent research has shown that the amount of industrial waste is increasing annually, and as its volume increases, it is becoming a significant factor affecting the environment and human health. The country's growing economic demand for rare, non-ferrous, and precious metals, such as gold, silver, and other non-ferrous metals, as well as the need to develop and implement new energysaving and efficient technologies, synthesize domestic surfactants and sorbents capable of replacing imported analogues, and utilize them in mineral enrichment processes, is a pressing issue. The problem of recycling and efficient use of industrial waste is relevant throughout the world. In recent years, scientific and practical results have been achieved in the modernization of the chemical, mining, metallurgy, oil and gas industries, localization of the expert-raw material base of production enterprises based on new materials, development of foaming agents and flotation enrichment of ores with them, as well as flotation processes and separation of rare metals. There is a growing need to develop technologies for producing local foaming agents based on industrial waste and their use in the ore enrichment process. The article examines the issues of extraction and practical use of rare and rare earth metals, which have acquired great importance for various branches of the world industry.Due to the growing need for them, the study of the composition of mineral raw materials and low-quality natural and man-made waste and the development of methods for extracting these raw materials from them are acquiring scientific and practical significance
