Extraction method of obtaining polyphenolic compounds from pomegranate peels

Recently, researches have shown wide interest in finding drugs that fight such serious deseases as Parkinson , s, Alsheimer , s, diabetes and obecity.Polyphenolic compounds have a positive effect in them.In this reqard search for new methods and sources for synthesis of these compounds by more convinient and cost-effective methods is a very urgent and actual problem.A sgnfcant portion of polyphenols s contained in the pomegranate peel. The presented work is based on the extraction method of polyphenolic compounds from natural and affordable raw materials.Extraction of polyphenolic compounds was carried out using isopropyl alcohol as an extragent by Soxhlet method.FTIR spectroscopy was used to identify the obtained compounds. The results show that the hydroxyl groups in the extract identified as corresponding to the aromatic ring C=C-C communication, as well as absorption bands of the C-O chemical bond were observed. Its thermal properties were studied using the DTA method. The research study showed the importance of polyphenol compounds, their biological effects and their potential for application in various industrial fields. These compounds can also be used as nanocomplexes, food preservation, natural dyes, prebiotics, hydrogels. In addition, these compounds are used in various technological fields, including organic chemistry, materials chemistry,
