Azospirillum lipoferum ve deniz yosunu özütünün patlıcan (Solanum melongena L.) fidelerinin büyüme parametreleri ve klorofil değeri üzerindeki etkileri

The study evaluated the effects of different doses of Azospirillum lipoferum (AzL) and seaweed extract (DY) applications on the growth and development parameters of eggplant seedlings. The DY-3 dose provided the highest values for stem height, fresh leaf weight, and total aboveground fresh weight. AzL applications at low and medium doses showed positive effects, whereas the high dose negatively impacted growth. AzL+DY combinations exhibited positive effects on stem and leaf parameters, with the best results recorded at the AzL+DY-3 dose. The findings suggest that seaweed extract supports growth through phytohormones and nutrients, while Azospirillum promotes root system development. The combined use of Azospirillum and seaweed extract offers an effective approach for sustainable seedling production as an alternative to chemical inputs. Further research is recommended to optimize application doses and methods to enhance the efficacy of biostimulants.
