Optimization and Compensation of Leakage-Induced Deviation of CTTC Magnetic Integrated Structure in CLLC Resonant Converter
This paper addresses the high power density requirements of CLLC resonant converters driven by wide bandgap devices in wide voltage application scenarios, focusing on the key challenges in magnetic integration optimization—the sensitivity of leakage inductance parameters and the mismatch of equivalent relationships. This study establishes a CTTC two-port network equivalent model that includes leakage inductance effects, quantitatively reveals the modulation mechanism of leakage inductance deviation on core parameters such as voltage gain, and proposes a multi-objective optimization framework based on the NSGA-II algorithm. This framework dynamically balances magnetic network parameter sensitivity and power density indicators through the Pareto solution set. Experimental validation shows that the optimized 3kW/110kHz SiC prototype achieves an efficiency of 97% under full load conditions, with a 33% reduction in magnetic component volume. The parameter compensation mechanism effectively solves the characteristic parameter drift caused by magnetic integration, providing theoretical support for the high power density design of high-frequency and high-efficiency power supplies.
