Permanent magnet synchronous motor deadbeat and active disturbance rejection composite control strategy
Aiming at the problem that the dynamic response speed of the permanent magnet synchronous motor servo system is slow and the current situation cannot be quickly restored when the load is suddenly applied, which leads to the degradation of the system ‘s anti-interference performance, an improved deadbeat active disturbance rejection composite control strategy is proposed. Firstly, the speed loop adopts improved auto-disturbance rejection, and the new faln function improves the chattering of the original fal function at the origin, which is easy to cause fluctuations. Secondly, the current loop adopts deadbeat predictive control, which effectively reduces the current tracking error and improves the system tracking accuracy. Finally, the simulation and experimental results show that compared with the traditional PI, this method reduces 0.1035 s, the recovery time is reduced by 0.041 s, and the current fluctuation is reduced by ± 0.7A, which fully proves that this method can effectively improve the response speed and control accuracy of the system.
