Steam Molten Salt Heater - Dynamic Simulation of Sensible Heat Utilization
This paper takes an ultra-high voltage coal-fired generating unit in the north as a malefactor. Aiming at the pain points such as efficiency decay of coal-fired unit under low load condition and insufficient capacity of renewable energy consumption, the steam molten salt heater utilizing sensible heat in coal-fired power generation coupled with molten salt heat storage system is innovatively designed. Based on the equation of conservation of mass and energy, using engineering thermodynamics and heat transfer and other related professional theories and empirical formulas, the mathematical model of steam molten salt heater with sensible heat utilization is established by studying the heat exchange characteristics of steam molten salt heater. On this basis, using the centralized parameter modeling method, the mathematical model is transformed into the corresponding algorithmic program using fortran language, the dynamic simulation model of steam molten salt heater in the coal-fired power generation coupled molten salt heat storage system is established, and the heat transport characteristics of steam molten salt heater utilizing sensible heat are in vestigated from the salt-side and water-side perturbation analyses to explore the operation control strategy.
