Identifying efficiency reserves through an audit of the labor organization and standardization system
The need to maintain profitability of industrial enterprises in conditions of severe resource constraints, especially human capital and skilled labor, is one of the most serious challenges for Russian business at the present stage. In this context, the management of enterprises is forced, first of all, to think about the management of efficiency and labor productivity, as its most important indicator. The importance of this decision is emphasized by the allocation of labor productivity to a national project at the state level. Unfortunately, for a long period of our history, the issues of evaluating labor efficiency were left to the mercy of the business and were resolved in accordance with the level of organizational development at which a particular enterprise was located. Therefore, at the moment, HR management services often face tasks that they have not had to solve before. An audit of both the personnel management system as a whole and its individual processes and elements allows you to quickly obtain objective data on problems and deficiencies in order to form a plan of corrective actions and its implementation within the framework of enterprise performance management. In this article, we will consider auditing as a tool for identifying reserves of labor resource efficiency. Let's analyze the existing assessment methods used during the audit, as well as the practical case of applying an audit of the labor rationing system to increase productivity and its results using the example of an industrial enterprise in the Sverdlovsk region. The solutions proposed in the article can be used as an example for defining the audit area, building its plan, and implementing solutions.
