On issue of choosing optimal decision to obtain coating with predetermined functional properties

Using the basic principles of the systems approach, the technological process can be represented as a process of transforming the source material into products with certain functional properties based on phenomena and reactions of various physical nature. This makes it possible to represent a technological operation as an interaction of flows of matter, energy and information. Currently, existing technological processes can be presented as multi-transition, multi-operational systems with many variable factors that determine and influence the properties of the final product. That is why the task to choose the optimal solution from a variety of possible ones, which makes it possible to obtain the product with the required properties, taking into consideration the possibility of changing the input parameters of the technological process, is relevant. The aim of this study is to develop a mathematical model that allows to determine the properties that are optimal, taking into consideration the existing structural and functional interactions in the technological system to obtain coatings by detonation spraying. The structural and functional diagram of the coating formation during detonation spraying has been constructed. The relationships between input and output parameters are shown, which reflect the features of the coating properties formation in the process of detonation spraying as a result of the interaction of powdered material particles with the substrate. The mathematical model has been developed that allows to justify the choice of such functional properties of the coating that will ensure the operability of the product with the coating under external loads.
