Time is a Derived Practical Construct -Distance and Velocity are Fundamental
<div xmlns="http://www.tei-c.org/ns/1.0"> Distance and time are regarded as fundamental properties of reality, with velocity defined as their ratio. In this paper, we propose a conceptual reassessment, suggesting that distance and velocity are fundamental quantities, whereas time should be understood as a derived, practical construct. This reinterpretation provides a foundation for a revised understanding of the structure and formulation of physical laws. </div>
